# Grow — Px Tutorial — Narration Script (English)

Length 6:39. Synthetic narration (host: macOS Samantha en-US; sidekick: Daniel en-GB). Screens: local English UI with fictional mocked data. Built with `tools/guides/` scripts.

## Grow for Px (00:00)

- Hundreds of people. A dozen teams. One question: where should we grow next?
_On screen: Where do we grow next?_
- **Sidekick:** Without opening a single spreadsheet, please.
  _On screen: No spreadsheets. Promise._
- Welcome to Grow for Px, People Experience. Let's see the whole organisation in a few minutes.
_On screen: Overview → AI → Teams → Setup_

## 01 Sign in, land on the big picture (00:14)

- Px accounts are granted by the system team. You sign in with your passkey, just like everyone else.
  _On screen: No password. Ever._
- Lost? The guides and videos are right here on the sign-in page.
- And you land on the Organisation overview. Your menu lives on the left.
- And this guide is always one click away, at the bottom of your menu.
_On screen: Help is one click away_

## 02 Read the organisation overview (00:34)

- Pick an evaluation year, a year to compare with, and how to group people.
- Only closed rounds count, and only results that Platform Leads have reviewed and published.
_On screen: Closed + published only_
- Four cards give you the headline: groups shown, people with results, the average, and active development actions.
- The heat map is the star. Orange is below expectation, green is above.
- See Team Delta? Fewer than three people with results, so Grow hides the group. Privacy first.
_On screen: Under 3 people? Hidden._
- **Sidekick:** So nobody can guess one person's result. Nice.
- Switch the skill axis to Core, Soft or Hard, and group by team, company, job role or level.
- Scroll down for the result mix, how far each round got, the role mix, and development actions compared with last year.
- Remember: there is no individual ranking and no per-person export here. It's a map, not a league table.
_On screen: A map, not a league table_

## 03 AI team analysis (01:26)

- Click a team name, or open AI team analysis. Choose the team and the year, then run a new analysis.
- The AI only sees the team's totals next to the organisation and last year. No names, no answers, no individual data.
_On screen: Totals only. No names._
- You get a summary, then the areas to develop, ranked by the gap from the organisation.
- These bars are computed by Grow, not guessed by the AI: this team, the whole organisation, and this team last year.
- Strengths to build on, and data gaps where the evidence is simply too thin to judge.
- Every item needs your call: accept, edit, or don't use.
  _On screen: You're the editor_
- When everything is reviewed, share it with the team's Platform Lead. Employees never see it.

## 04 AI employee groups (02:08)

- Next, AI employee groups. For one team and one year, the AI suggests groups of people who could learn together.
- It works with codes like E01 and E02 and per-skill results only. Grow maps the codes back to people afterwards.
_On screen: Pseudonyms in, people out_
- Not happy with a placement? Move a person to another group with one click.
- People with too little evidence get their own group, with no skill suggestion. No guessing.
- Each group shows the per-skill picture and the skills to develop. Tick the ones you want to propose.
- **Sidekick:** And the group names? Only you and the lead see them.

## 05 What the Platform Lead gets (02:41)

- Once shared, the lead finds your proposal under Proposals from Px.
- One click starts a development action with the skill already filled in. The lead decides, not the AI.
  _On screen: Proposal → action_

## 06 Teams & Platform Leads (02:54)

- Now the management side. Teams and Platform Leads shows what needs attention first.
  _On screen: Fix these first_
- Every lead appears with their teams, and whether their passkey is registered.
- A link expired? Issue a new registration link. Grow shows a one-time link for you to copy and pass on privately.
- Create a team, or add a Platform Lead with a company, a level and an optional team.
- To hand a team to another lead, open Manage, pick the new lead, and decide who finishes reviews in the open round.
- Every change asks for a reason, and moving leads asks for your passkey again.
  _On screen: Reason + passkey_
- **Sidekick:** And deleting a team? Not possible. You archive it instead.

## 07 People & profiles (03:31)

- The Employee page lists everyone. Filter by team, company, job role or level.
- Select someone to change their company, job role or level. A reason is required.
- Their history sits right below, so you always know what changed and why.
_On screen: Every change has a story_
- Change history logs every Px action: who, when, what and why.

## 08 Your company group (03:52)

- New: Px now works inside one company group. Its name sits under the Px label, and everything you see belongs to that group.
_On screen: One group, one workspace_
- Company lists the companies in your group, with the number of people in each.
- Add a company, rename one, or archive a company that has nobody left in it. Moving a company to another group is done by the system team.
- Company B still has ten people, so archive stays locked. Move them first.
_On screen: People first, then archive_
- Job role and Level holds the lists that every profile and the Skill Matrix use. They are shared by every company in the group.
- Use the arrows to change the order. The order shows up in every drop-down and report.
- Edit a role to rename it. The code never changes, because results already use it.
_On screen: Names change. Codes don't._
- **Sidekick:** Wait, what if I archive a role people still have?
- Grow won't let you. And the role Platform Leads use is locked for good.
- Levels work the same way, ordered from junior to senior.

## 09 Edit the Skill Matrix (04:46)

- The Skill Matrix is the standard every analysis is measured against. Now Px can change it, safely.
- Choose Start editing. Grow copies the current version into a draft that only you can see.
_On screen: Draft first. Nobody sees it._
- In Skill, add a skill, or edit one: name, category, description, and what each of the five levels looks like.
- Here's the new Responsible AI skill, with a behaviour for every level.
- In Expected level, pick a job role, tick Assess for the skills that apply, and set the level you expect at each career level.
- Save each role. You can copy a role's settings to get started faster.
- Review and publish shows exactly what changed, and blocks anything incomplete.
- Publish asks for your passkey again. After that, the version can't change.
  _On screen: Passkey to publish_
- **Sidekick:** So does every open round switch to it?
- No. Rounds that are already open keep the version they started with. Version history shows which rounds use which version.
_On screen: Open rounds keep their version_

## 10 Rounds & re-analysis (05:39)

- Rounds and re-analysis lists every round in your group, its Skill Matrix version, and how many analyses ran or failed.
- To re-run the AI for a round, choose Run new analysis.
- Grow recommends the round's own version. That's the fair choice.
_On screen: Recommended: the round's version_
- Here we picked the latest version instead, to compare last year with the new standard. Grow warns you, and the lead sees a label.
- Check the count, give a reason, and send. New results still go to the Platform Lead to review and publish.

## 11 The golden rules (06:08)

- Three rules to remember.
- One. You see published results and skill levels, never self-evaluation answers, lead notes or raw AI output.
  _On screen: Levels, not answers_
- Two. Your own evaluation is always excluded from everything you see.
  _On screen: Never yourself_
- Three. AI suggests. You and the lead decide.
_On screen: AI suggests. People decide._

## You're ready (06:26)

- That's it: read the map, ask the AI, share what matters, keep teams and standards tidy.
_On screen: Read · Ask · Share · Tidy_
- **Sidekick:** And no spreadsheets were harmed.
  _On screen: Zero spreadsheets harmed._
- Welcome to Grow, Px. Go help people grow!
