# Grow — Employee Tutorial — Narration Script (English)

Length 4:39. Synthetic narration (host: macOS Samantha en-US; sidekick: Daniel en-GB). Screens: local English UI with fictional mocked data. Built with `tools/guides/` scripts.

## Grow for employees  (00:00)

- You did great work this year. Now let's make sure it gets seen.

## 01  Create your passkey  (00:16)

- It starts with a private link from your Platform Lead.
- Check that the account shown is yours,
- then choose Create a passkey on this device, and confirm with your fingerprint, face or PIN.

- The link works once and expires after seventy-two hours. Keep it to yourself.

## 02  Sign in  (00:33)

- Next time, just open Grow and choose Sign in with Passkey.
- Nothing to type, nothing to remember.

- Prefer Thai? Switch language with the flags at any time. Your answers stay put.

## 03  Your home page  (00:46)

- Your home page shows your evaluation cycle,
- how many days are left,

- and your progress. Everything saves automatically, so stop and come back whenever you like.
- There are seven sections, and you can start anywhere.
- Stuck? The question mark opens the tutorial again.

## 04  One story per card  (01:04)

- Each section is a set of cards. One card, one story.
- Give it a title your Platform Lead will recognise,
- say what you personally did,
- and what changed because of it. Numbers help a lot.

- The tips on the right keep you on track.

## 05  Add evidence  (01:23)

- Tag the platform the work was on,
- and add links to tickets or documents, one per line.

- Already told a story? Reference it instead of writing it twice.

- Then just add why it mattered.

## 06  Polish with a helper  (01:36)

- Not sure your card is strong enough? Click Refine your answer.
- Grow asks you a few sharp questions about your own story.

- It never writes for you. You answer in your own words, in English, Thai or both.

## 07  Show how you've grown  (01:50)

- Growth and Improvement works a little differently.
- Pick at least two areas where you've grown,
- then describe what improved, with a real example.

## 08  Review & submit  (02:00)

- Watch the progress bar fill up as sections are completed.
- When you're ready, click Review before submitting.
- Grow lists anything still missing. Click Edit to jump straight to it.

- All clear? Submit to your Platform Lead,
- and confirm. Done! Your answers are locked unless your PL returns them for updates.

## 09  Read your results  (02:19)

- After your Platform Lead reviews your stories, your feedback appears under Results.
- Then check AI Analysis.
- It maps the evidence in your cards to skills from the company Skill Matrix.
- Your Platform Lead checks and edits every finding before you see it.

- And it's not a score. It shows where your evidence is strong, and where to grow next.

- **Sidekick:** Insufficient evidence isn't a weakness, by the way. It just means no card showed it yet.
- Under your results, tell your PL what you think: agree, partly agree, disagree, or want to discuss.

## 10  Grow all year  (02:53)

- Don't wait for the next round to remember your work. Open Evidence log and write a short entry whenever something good happens.
- Entries stay private until you share them with your PL.

- **Sidekick:** Next round, turn them into cards in a click.

## 11  Your development plan  (03:07)

- Agreed actions with your PL live in Development plan.
- At the top, your path to the next level: the skills where the expectation rises, and your latest result for each.
- Not enough evidence yet is never a weakness. It's just a skill your work hasn't shown so far.

- Log progress whenever you make a step,
- and when you're done, tick the box so your PL can confirm and close it.

- When you log progress, cite your evidence-log entries, and read what your PL shared from your one-on-ones.

## 12  Your skill profile  (03:36)

- Skill profile shows every skill you've shown, across every round. It stays with you, even when your role or level changes.
- Filled dots are the level you've reached. The ringed dot is what your role and level expect.
- Levels follow the Skill Matrix, confirmed by your PL, and they never go down.

- Skills from earlier roles stay too, and keep growing when new evidence shows it.

## 13  What good looks like  (03:59)

- Curious what's expected at your level? Open Skill Matrix.
- Every skill shows the expected proficiency and behaviour for your role and level.

## 14  Passkeys & new devices  (04:09)

- Under Passkey, see which devices can sign in, and add a new one.
- Lost your phone? On the sign-in page, choose New device or lost passkey,
- enter your work account and team, and your PL will send you a new link.
